Model Description:

The fully electric hydraulic pallet stacker is powered by a battery and an AC motor, which drives the vehicle through gear transmission. The lifting of the forks relies on a DC motor and hydraulic transmission to push the oil cylinder up and down to lift the forks and goods.

Due to the electric propulsion and lifting of the vehicle, the driving mode is walking, and the steering operation is rudder style steering, it has the characteristics of labor-saving, high efficiency, smooth cargo operation, simple operation, safety and reliability, low noise, and no pollution. The car is equipped with a 24 volt high-capacity battery, which greatly extends the usage time after one charge.

This vehicle is suitable for cargo handling operations on hard and flat surfaces.

Usage environment:

a. Altitude not exceeding 1000 meters;

b. The ambient air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃ and shall not be lower than -25 ℃;

c. When the ambient temperature is+40 ℃, the relative humidity should not exceed 50%. At lower temperatures, a higher relative humidity is allowed;

d. Hard and flat ground.

e. Do not use this vehicle in flammable, explosive, or corrosive environments such as acid and alkali.

Structure Introduction:

The fully electric hydraulic pallet stacker is mainly composed of frame, gantry, fork, lifting cylinder, operating handle, steering gear, driving wheels, battery pack, hydraulic power unit, electrical control system and other components.

Instructions for use and operation:

The walking and lifting of the fully electric hydraulic pallet stackers are powered by batteries, which are used for short distance transportation and stacking of goods; Proper use and operation of vehicles can bring great convenience to your work. Improper operation and use of vehicles can damage them or pose a danger to your personal safety and cargo.

Handling and stacking operations:

1) Pull out the main power switch and turn on the main power.

2) Open the power lock and drive the vehicle to the vicinity of the cargo pile (the fork head is about 30 centimeters away from the cargo pile).

3) Press the descent button and adjust the fork height to the appropriate position. Slowly insert the fork into the cargo tray as deeply as possible, press the ascent button until the fork is 20-30 centimeters above the ground, start the electric hydraulic pallet stacker to the shelf position and slowly stop at the fork head, which is about 30 centimeters away from the shelf.

4) Press the ascent button, and the fork rises to the appropriate height of the shelf (the bottom of the tray is about 10 centimeters higher than the shelf). Slowly move the goods to the accurate position of the shelf, press the descent button, carefully place the goods on the shelf, and make the fork detach from the goods.

5) Slowly start the electric hydraulic pallet stacker and make the fork move away from the goods. Remove the cargo pallet (at a distance of 30cm from the fork head to the shelf), Lower the fork to about 30 centimeters above the ground and drive the vehicle away from the shelf.

During the driving process, attention should be paid to whether there are obstacles in the front, back, left, and right directions, and slow down when turning;

Handling of abnormal situations during use:

When the up button is pressed, the fork can rise, but when the up button is released, the fork is still rising and in a state of uncontrolled rise. At this time, the power switch should be immediately pressed to cut off the power. And move the vehicle to a safe location, manually lower the cargo, and inspect the electric hydraulic pallet stacker’s circuit.

If brake failure is found during use, the electric hydraulic pallet stacker must be immediately stopped and inspected.

If the operator is pushed against a wall or other object while the electric hydraulic pallet stacker is moving forward, as long as the emergency reverse switch button on the top of the operating handle is pressed, the electric hydraulic pallet stacker will automatically move backwards in reverse without causing injury to the operator.

Routine inspection

Check the hydraulic oil level:

Lower the fork to the lowest position and add 12L of oil. Use the recommended grade of hydraulic oil.

Check the battery level;

Refer to the use and maintenance of batteries.

Check as needed

Cleaning the car;

Check and tighten all fasteners;

Check the condition of wheel damage
